摘要
本文采用正交试验的方法对杏鲍菇发酵菌丝体多糖的提取方法进行了探讨,结果表明,采用果胶酶——热水浸提结合法效果最佳。
The paper mainly study the effect of different methods on extracted the crude intracellular polysaccharides of plerolus eryngii mycelia. The results indicated that Pectinase-hot water treatment is the best.
