摘要
灵芝多糖是灵芝中含有的一种高分子活性多糖 ,具有多种生理功能 ,国内外对此开展了广泛的研究。本文对其生理功能、结构特点、发酵生产等方面的研究进行了综述。
G. japonicumpolysaccharide is a high-molecular active polysaccharide with many physiological functions. Researches have been widely carried out on it at home and abroad. In the paper, the studies concerned are reviewed in the physiological functions, structures and fermentation of G. japonicumpolysaccharide.
