摘要
目的 :提取分离板蓝根化学成分。方法 :板蓝根用 95 %乙醇渗漉 ,用不同极性溶剂分级萃取 ,再分别用硅胶和大孔树脂作柱层析分离 ,测定纯化合物的理化常数和波谱数据 ,鉴定化学结构。结果 :从板蓝根中分得 3 1个化合物。结论 :12个为已知化合物 ,19个为新发现化合物 ,其中 6个为新化合物 ,3个为首次从自然界中分离而得。
Objective:To extract and separate the chemical constituents from radix isatidis. Method:Radix isatidis was percolated with 95% ethanol, partitioned by solvents with different polarities and finally isolated on silica gel and macroporous resin columns. The purified compounds obtained were identified and structurally elucidated by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results:31 compounds were obtained from radix isatidis. Conclusion:There exists 12 known compounds and 19 constituents originally isolated from radix isatidis. 6 compounds are new and 3 compounds are discovered from the nature source firstly.
