摘要
用液质联用方法测定了微量银杏内酯的含量,分析柱为LichrospherC 18柱,流动相为甲醇 水,采用梯度洗脱,质谱作为检测器,选择离子采集方式.本方法测定银杏内酯的线性范围为0.12~68.0μg/mL,相关系数为0.9984~0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.38%~0.44%.
In this paper, the analysis of bibobalide and ginkgolides by LC/MS was studied. The separation was performed on a Lichrospher mm C18 column with methnolwater (with gradient) as mobile phase at a flowrate of 0.3 mL/min, and the column temperature of 30 ℃. Mass spectrometry was used as the detecter, and SIR mode was selected. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.12~68.0 μg/mL, with r2 and RSD being 0.998 4~0.999 4 and 0.38~0.44%. This method is easy, rapid, and accurate.
