摘要
目的 探讨双侧上尿路结石一期手术的方式和疗效。方法 对152例双侧上尿路结石病人—期气压弹道碎石或/和开放手术治疗。结果 151例治愈或好转出院 ,死亡1例 ,为术后尿毒症加重所致。结论 双侧上尿路结石一期手术具有能最大限度地保护肾功能、缩短住院时间、避免再次手术、减少医疗费用等优点。
Objective To study the curative effect and treatment methods of one stage operation on bilateral upper urinary tract stone. Methods One stage ballast lithotripsy or/and operation therapy had been used in152cases of bilateral upper urinary tract stone respectively.Results In152cases accepted operation,151cases recovered or got better and left hospital.Only one case died,caused by increasing serious uremia after operation. Conˉclusion The advantage of one stage operation with bilateral upper urinary tract stone is that it can protect bilateral renal function,reduce the patient's time in hospital,avoid their misery of the second operation,decrease their costs in hospital.
