摘要
本文在阐述网络文献和网络引文的基础上 ,提出网络文献成为引文还存在的问题 ,由此进一步提出在网络引文的著录上应采取的措施 ,指出应尽快对这一现象进行研究和规范。
On the basis of explaining the network document and network quoted passage, this article puts forward some existing problems after network document has become the quoted passage, further concentrates on the measures that should be taken in the recording of the quoted passage of network, and then proposes carrying on research and standardization to this phenomenon as soon as possible.
