随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的建立 ,我国的房地产市场不断完善 ,房地产企业之间的竞争也不断加剧 ,本文根据关系营销的特点 ,对房地产企业实施顾客关系营销的必要性进行了分析 。
With the development of socialistic market economy,Chinese real estate market is being more and more conˉsummate,competition among the real estate companies is more vehement.Based on the feature of relationship marketing,this text analyzes the necessary for real estate company to put relationship marketing in force,Finally,propose the way to apply relationship marketing.
