摘要
目的:观察应用乏昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法:选择老年带状疱疹66例,随机分为两组,分别应用泛昔洛韦和阿昔洛韦治疗,疗程共10d,并观察疗效及不良反应。结果:泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹总有效率高于阿昔洛韦(P<0.05),止疱、结痂、疼痛开始缓解时间均显著低于阿昔洛韦,后遗神经痛发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹起效迅速,缩短病程,减少后遗神经痛且不良反应少,是一种高效安全的药物。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster (HZ) in aged group. Methods:75 cases of HZ of the aged were devided into 2 Groups, group A treated by FCV and group B treated by ACV. The efficacy of treatment and side effect were recorded. Results : FCV showed the better efficacy than ACV in HZ ( P < 0.05 ) . The time of the response, duration of lesion clearance, zoster associated pain and posttherpetic neuragia in FCV were much lower than that in ACV group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with ACV, FCV indicated the better clinic response in treatment of HZ. FCV was showed a high efficacy and safety for those aged HZ cases.
