摘要
目的 :探讨高原地区带状疱疹患者的细胞免疫功能。方法 :收集了高原地区 43例带状疱疹患者进行了T淋巴细胞亚群的CD3 、CD4 、CD8和CD19检测 ,并与 40例正常人结果进行比较。结果 :高原地区带状疱疹患者T淋巴细胞亚群CD3 、CD4 显著低于正常对照组 (均P <0 .0 1) ;CD8则高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;CD4/CD8比值显著低于正常对照组 (P <O .0 5) ;CD19与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :高原地区带状疱疹患者T细胞免疫系统处于抑制状态。细胞免疫功能低下是高原地区带状疱疹的发病原因之一。
Objective: To explore the cell immune function in patie nts with herpes zoster (HZ) at high altitude. Methods: CD 3, CD 4, CD 8,and CD 19 of T lymphocyte subsets were measured. Results: C ompared with that in normal controls, the level of CD 3 and CD 4 in HZ patient s was significant lower (P<0 01), CD 8 was higher (P<0 05),and the ratio v alue of CD 4/CD 8 was lower(P<0 05). There was no significant difference of CD 19 between HZ patients and normal controls (P>0 05). Conclusio n: The immune system of T lymphocytes in HZ patients at high altitude is in inhibitory condition. It indicates that lower cellular immune function shoul d be one of the mechanisms of HZ at high altitude.
