摘要
转型时期农村义务教育师资队伍的培养和发展面临着机遇和挑战,我们应该抓住机遇,迎接挑战,在四个方面做出努力:一是转变观念,提高农村中小学教师的社会地位;二是千方百计加大投入力度,为教师发展提供条件;三是切实建立中小学教师轮流进修制度;四是建立对口支援合作制度。
In this paper, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for cultivation and development of teachers for rural compulsory education during the period of transformation. Because of this, the author thinks that we should work hard in the following four aspects: a) going on with the propaganda so as to make the idea of 'development is the main and basic idea' deeply rooted in people's mind; b) making more financial support to compulsory education so as to make more opportunities for the development of teachers in rural areas; c) setting up the system of retraining for teachers; and d) setting up the one- for-one system of cooperation.
