摘要
管理机构的精简、职能的调整是高校内部管理体制改革的重要组成部分,该文对资产与实验室管理机构的现行模式及设置独立管理机构的必要性进行了论述,提出了管理机构改革的思路。
Both the reduction of administrative organization and adjustment of management function are the most important tasks of the universities. The paper expounded the current pattern and the necessity of establishing an independent administrative office for the property and the laboratory, and put forward some rationalization proposals on the reform of administrative organization.
