摘要
对GR钢制造的白铜和45Ag焊料热挤压模进行稀土催渗S—C—N共渗处理可提高抗咬合、抗粘着能力,渗层可增厚18~35%,使命寿命提高3倍以上。试验表明,在稀土催渗条件下的S—C—N共渗层的组织形貌由五层组成。
This paper deals with the application of rare earth elements in sulphocarbonitriding for increasing the adhesive wear resistance. The depth of the sulpho-carbonitriding layer can be incresed by 18~35% when it is treated with rare earth element catalyzer. The morphology and structure in the sulpho-carbonitriding case consists of five layers and the service life of hot work dies can be prolonged more than three times.
