摘要
系统地研究了4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢的组织因素对其渗氮层剥落的影响,并对剥落机理进行了探讨。结果表明,晶粒大小、晶界碳化物的状态、形变因素和渗氮层特性是影响渗氮层剥落的重要因素。渗氮在晶界处造成的拉应力和碳化物(M_(23)C_6)及氮化物(Fe_4N)对晶界的脆化作用是导致渗氮层剥落的根本原因。
This paper deals with the effect of the microstructures on the spalling of nitrided case of 4Cr 14Nil 4W2Mo steel and spalling mechanism of the nitrided case. The result shows that grain size,condition of carbide along grain boundaries,deformation and character of nitrided case are the important factors effected on spalling of nitrided case. The grain boundary brittleness caused by the tensile stress on the grain bourdary creating during nitriding and by M_(23)C_6 and Fe_4N is the basic reason for the spalling of nitrided case.
