摘要
使用光学显微镜、电子显微镜及快速测氢仪对 4Cr1 4Ni1 4W2Mo钢渗氮层剥落机理进行了分析研究。找出了渗氮层剥落的根本原因是模锻工艺控制不合理 ,导致钢晶粒粗化 ,粗化的多边形晶粒在进行气体渗氮时易被氮、氢原子饱和 。
The mechanism of nitrided case stripping of steel 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo has been studied by means of metalloscope,electronmicroscope, hydrogen rapidly measuring instrument. It is concluded that the stripping of the nitrided case was basically caused by the coarsening of the grains which were resulted from improper control of the die forging technology. When gas nitriding was carried on, the coarse polygonal grains were liable to be saturated by the atoms of nitrogen and hydrogen. This resulted to extremely high stress in the transitional layer of the nitrided case and then the brittle stripping happened.
