摘要
作者将多弧离子镀技术发展为多弧离子渗金属技术,充分发挥了阴极电弧源产生的金属弧光等离子体的作用,获得了各种渗金属层和渗镀结合层。本文介绍了多弧离子渗金属原理和各种渗金属层的特征。
Multi-arc ion coating technique was developed into multi-arc ion diffusing technique which bring the function of the metal arc plasma produced by the cathodic arc source into full play and got various diffusing metal layers or layers of plating combined with diffusing. The principle of multi-arc diffusing metal and chararteristics of diffusing metal layer were also introduced in this paper.
