摘要
L型钙通道电流是心肌细胞动作电位的重要组成部分,亦是细胞内钙释放的重要触发因素。通过研究分析表明,氧反常早期L型钙通道功能异常是导致细胞内钙超载的重要启动因素,而L型钙通道功能异常是诱发折返性心律失常的重要机制。
Ltype Ca2+ channel current is the important component of AP of myocardial cell and the important trigger for the release of inner calcium.It is found that the functional abnormity of Ltype Ca2+ channel in the early oxygen paradox is the important factor resulting in Ca2+overloaded inside cells.,and the functional abnormity of Ltype Ca2+ channel contributes greatly to arrhythmia.
