摘要
目的研究CHX抗栓注射液对实验性大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血的保护作用.方法采用结扎双侧颈总动脉法,造成大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血模型.观测药物对脑含水量、毛细血管通透性和脑指数的影响.结果不同质量分数(5mg/kg,10mg/kg)的CHX抗栓注射液可明显降低治疗组大鼠的脑含水量、毛细血管通透性和脑指数.结论 CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血有一定的保护作用.
Objective To research protect function of CXH anthrombic injection for experiment white rat acute cerebral ischemic. Methods Using the method of ligation both common carotid arteries, creating white rat partly cerebral ischemic model. Observing the effect of medicine for cerebral hydrous, capillary permeability and cerebral index. Results Different mass fraction(5,10 mg/kg) CXH anthrombic injection can obviously reduce cerebral hydrous, capillary permeability and cerebral index. Conclusion CXH anthrombic injection for white rat partly cerebral ischemia has the protect function.
