摘要
以知识为内涵 ,以服务为中心 ,走知识服务之路 ,这是图书馆知识管理的目标。文章阐释了知识管理的内涵 ,提出了图书馆如何实施知识管理 ,探讨了图书馆开展知识服务应重视的若干问题。
The main target of Knowledge management in library is based on knowledge,centered on service and provides knlwledge service.The article explains the notation of knowledge management,puts forward the ways how to practice knowledge management and deals with several problems the library should pay attention to in its knowledge service.
