摘要
知识管理作为一种全新的管理理念和管理方法,是信息时代图书馆自我生存和发展的重要途径。阐述了知识与信息、知识管理、图书馆知识管理及管理技术的内涵,指出现代图书馆一方面要注重由传统、有载体的文献服务,拓展和延伸到以知识单元为加工对象的显性知识管理;另一方面要加强隐性知识管理,把人的智力和创造性视为管理的对象和重要资源,通过激励、调动和发挥馆员的积极性、主动性、创造性,使馆员主动学习,主动分享彼此的隐性知识,提高整体服务能力。
Being as a brand new management concept and management method,the knowledge management(KM) is an important way for self-survival and development of the library in information age.This paper expounds the connotations of the knowledge,knowledge management,library's knowledge management and management technology,and points out that on one hand the modern library should pay attention to expanding traditional carrier-based literature service into the management of explicit knowledge taking the knowledge unit as the processing object,and on the other hand the modern library should strengthen the management of tacit knowledge,regard people's intelligence and creativity as the management objects and important resources,and through exciting,mobilizing and giving full play to the positivity,initiative and creativity of librarians,share mutual explicit knowledge,and improve the whole service ability.
