摘要
谐波分析法用于介损在线测量时,由于系统频率的波动,使其难以满足整周期采样,所产生的泄漏误差将影响基波相位测量的精度。为了提高谐波法介损在线测量的精度,本文分析了泄漏误差产生的原因,并提出了修正理想采样频率的思想,并对原有方法进行了改进。通过仿真分析,改进方法较原有谐波分析法测量精度显著提高,且计算简单、易于工程实际应用。
When applying harmonics analysis approach to measure tan8 on-line, because of asynchronous sampling caused by fluctuation of system frequency,the measurement accuracy will be influenced by leakage error.To increase the accuracy,in this paper,the reason of leakage error is analyzed firstly.Then improved approach based on modified ideal sampling frequency is brought forward.Simulation results verify that the improved approach have higher accuracy,and easy to realize.
