摘要
目的 探讨肾脏炎性假瘤声像图特征及其病理基础。方法 应用超声显像观察肾脏炎性假瘤的二维声像图特点、彩色多谱勒血流显像和超声引导穿刺活检。结果 肾脏炎性假瘤具有肾脏占位性病变的一般声像图特征和血流信号丰富等特点 ,病理为肾实质非特异性炎症。结论 超声显像仅作为肾脏炎性假瘤诊断的初步手段 。
Objective The purpose of this paper was to observe the ultrasonographic characteristics and pathologic basis of the renal inflammatory pseudotumor(RIP).Methods 18 cases of renal inflammatory pseudotumor were scanned and their characteristics of color doppler flow images(CDFI) were examined. The pseudotumors were punctured with ultrasound navigation to biopsy.Results The ultrasonography of the renal inflammafory pseudotumor had general ultrasonographic character of the mass in kidney and flow signals. The pathologic change of the renal infilammafory pseudotumor was not specific inflammatory change. Conlusions The ultrasonic scan is a primary means to diagnose renal inflammatory pseudotumors and the ultrasound navigation biopsy is necessary to determine the characteristics of the masses in kidney.
