摘要
从新生小牛肝及大鼠肝大部切除后的肝中用酒精反复沉淀和超滤方法提取肝生长刺激因子(HSS),利用32%肝部分切除后30小时的大鼠为检测模型研究HSS对大鼠再生肝细胞增殖的影响,结果发现,牛和鼠HSS均可使再生肝细胞分裂指数提高2~3倍,提示HSS可以促进肝细胞的分裂。牛HGS的剂量增加,其促肝细胞分裂的作用也随之增强。采用超滤法证明,HSS活性成分的分子量低于50KD。
The hepatic stimulating substance (HSS) was extrcted from the liver of new born calf and rat after 67% partial hepatectomy by the step of ethanol precipitation and ultrafiltration. The effect of HSS on the hepatocyte mitoses of rat was observed by using the assay model of the rat 30 hr after partial hepatectomy. The results show that both bovine and murine HSS can stimulate the regenerating hepatocyte mitoses rise to 2-3 times than that of control group, which indicate HSS can stimulate the hepatocyte division. The curve of HSS activity is rising with the increases of bovine HSS dose. It was found that the molecular weight of HSS to be at less than 50, 000 dalton by ultrafiltration.
