摘要
本文报告了应用冷冻割断扫描电镜方法观察大鼠大肠粘膜立体超微组织学结构的结果,提出该法用于粘膜腺体的三维形态学研究,可能具有较广泛的应用前景。
Histology of large bowel mucosa in rats studied with freeze-fracture technique under scanning electron microscopy were reported in this paper. It is suggested that this method may have a role in studing stereological structure and space relationship of histology.
