人类大肠癌组织HLA及CEA异常表达和肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞及肿瘤分化程度间的关系 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤细胞HLA抗原的异常表达与肿瘤的病理学特征和转移的发生有关。本文对52例人大肠癌组织冰冻切片作了HLA、CEA和肿瘤浸润T细胞的测定。结果如下:①59.6%的大肠癌患者标本HLA Ⅰ类抗原表达减弱或消失;②30%的患者HLA Ⅱ类抗原由正常大肠粘膜上皮细胞的阴性表达转为阳性;③肿瘤浸润性总T、T_S和活化T细胞数量较正常组织明显升高(P<0.01);④肿瘤细胞Ⅰ类抗原表达量,与CEA含量、分化程度、浸润T细胞数量之间均存在正相关关系;⑤Ⅱ类抗原表达量与肿瘤分化程度无关。据此,分析了大肠癌细胞HLA抗原异常表达的免疫生物学意义。 It has been confirmed that abnormal HLA antigen expression is one of the biological characteristics of cancer cells. HLA antigens, CEA and tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes in human colorectal cancer were studied in frozen sections. HLA class Ⅰ antigen expressions were reduced or turned negative in 59.62% cancer samples, and HLA class Ⅱantigen expressions became positive in 30% patients. Positive correlations existed among HLA class Ⅰ antigen expression and CEA content, tumor differentiation, tumor infiltrating pan T, Ts/c and Tac. On the other hand, no relation could be found between class Ⅱ antigens and cancer differentiation. The significances of HLA untigen expression on colorectal cancer cells were discussed and analyzed.
