摘要
积极稳妥地推进高校住房分配货币化,是高校改革与发展的重要组成部分。本文运用经济学理论分析了高校福利分配住房模式,探讨了高校住房分配货币化模式,提出了高校住房制度深化改革的思路,明晰产权,住房进入市场是高校房改的必然选择。
Steady forwarding of the Monetarilized Housing Allocation is one of the important parts of university reform and development. The paper analyzes the model of University Welfare Housing Allocation with economics theory, investigates the model of University Monetarilized Housing Allocation, and raises the thread of University Housing Allocation system reform by clarifying the property right.Investment of market mechanism is the inevitable choice.
