摘要
在现阶段 ,集资建房是改善高校教职工住房条件的好办法。对有能力购买商品房以及离退休时住房仍未达标也未购买商品房的老职工 ,应一次性发放货币化补贴。这样 ,充分体现住房制度改革的公正性和合理性。同时 ,允许教职工对已购公房进行交换、出售和重新购买 。
To build more residence buildings through raising fund is a good method to improve the living conditions of staff members. Housing allowance should be given to retirees who can afford the commercial housing. Meanwhile, staffs should be permitted to exchange, sell the old suites or purchase new ones in the housing market.
