本文选自原国家经贸委软课题项目《中国造纸行业竞争力研究报告》。文章认为市场、资源、装备、机制四大因素是影响纸业竞争力的关键所在:市场与资源决定了具有发展前景的优势纸种,装备与机制决定了具有竞争能力的优势企业。
This paper is part of the Research Report on the Competitiveness of Chinas Papermaking Industry, a soft task item of the formerNational Economics and Trade Committee. It is regarded in the paper that market, resources, equipment and mechanism are the criticalfactors affecting the competitiveness of papermaking industry, that market and resources determine the type of paper that is promising andbeneficial, and that equipment and mechanism determine the enterprise which is competitiveness and advantageous.
