摘要
使用合适的功率放大器驱动激励线圈 ,是实现基于磁致伸缩效应无损检测技术的关键环节。设计了一种开关模式功率放大器 ,采用复合管电路作输出级 ,并正确设置工作点 ,同时满足了工作频率、大输出电流以及高效率的技术要求。
It is important to apply a suitable power amplifier to drive the transmitting coil in magnetostrictive nondestructive testing (NDT). An on-off mode power amplifier with a compound tube circuit as output unit has been designed. With proper parameters, the power amplifier will satisfy the working frequency, large output current and high efficiency needed.
