A Discussion about How to Use High Frequency Field Effect Tubes as the Power Stage of Unipolar Pulse Amplifiers

摘要 用大功率高频场效应管作为单向脉冲放大器的功放级的设计,在文献上尚未见到。作者根据需要,针对大功率高频场效应管的特点,完成这一设计。实验证明,设计是正确的。设计的关键是怎样计算场效应管的输入电容来实现推动级的设计。 It has not been reported that high frequency field effect tubes have been used as power stage of unipolar pulse amplifiers. According to the demand, in the paper, a new method is porposed to complete this design. Practice proves that the design is completely right. Key to the design is how to calculate the capacity of field effect tubes for designing the driver.
