摘要
应用组织化学、免疫组织化学及核仁组成区染色方法,对1050例大肠癌及癌旁粘膜的粘液性质、肿瘤相关抗原表达、核仁组成区蛋白的变化进行了研究。结果大肠腺癌上皮与正常肠粘膜之间确实存在过渡性粘膜,有多种肿瘤相关抗原表达,核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(Ag-NOR)数量介于癌组织与正常粘膜之间。说明癌旁上皮细胞存在与大肠癌相同的肿瘤相关抗原和癌瘤细胞的特性。
A study was performed on the nature of mucus of paracarcinomatous mucosa, expression of tumor-associated antigen and change in protein content of the nucleoiar organizer regions in 1050 patients with carcinoma of the colon. The methods used in this study are those of histochemistry, im-munohistochemistry and staining of the nucleoiar organizer regions. The results show that in the borderline region between the epithelium of colonic adenocarcinoma and normal mucosa. a transitional mucosa with expression of a variety of tumor-associated antigens does exist. The amount of AgNOR lies between that of the cancerous tissue and the normal mucosa. It is concluded that paracarcinomatous epithelial cells with the expression of tumor-associated antigens similar to that of carcinoma of the colon should be considered as primary precancerous lesion.
