摘要
系统地介绍了糯玉米的营养价值、食用价值,阐述了国内外糯玉米生产和遗传育种方面的发展现状及其综合利用前景,表明在中国发展糯玉米对发展食品加工、淀粉加工及畜牧业等具有十分重要的意义.
In this paper the nutritive value and edible value of waxy corn were introduced systematically.The internal and external production,developmental situation of genetics and breeding and comprehensive utilization prospect of waxy corn indicated that developing waxy corn was very important to the development of food processing,starch processing and stockbreeding.
