摘要
为解决轮叶党参栽培过程中种子出苗率低而造成的播种量多、成本高的问题,对轮叶党参休眠特性及休眠的打破进行了试验.试验结果表明:轮叶党参种子具有休眠特性.低温及赤霉素处理均可打破休眠.4℃层积处理160d的种子,在光、暗条件下发芽率分别达到37.6%和63.0%;赤霉素处理浓度与处理时间组合分别为760mg/L、125min的条件下,第8天的发芽率可达到80%左右.
Studyed on the dormant characteristic and breaking dormancy of Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn.et Hook.f. seeds in order to solve the low rate of germination which caused high seeding rate and high cost during the cultivation. The result showed: Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn.et Hook.f. seed had dormancy. Low temperature and gibberellin can break its dormancy. Their germination percentage could reach 37.6% on illumination or 63.0% without illumination after treated at 4 ℃ for 160 days. The seeds could acquire the highest germination percentage 80% or so if treated with 760mg/L gibberellin for 125 minutes.
