摘要
回顾我国油脂工业的发展历史 ,特别是最近几年 ,油脂工业取得了突飞猛进的发展 ,但是也存在技术倒退以及许多不完善之处。展望未来 ,我们要坚持制油理论 ,推广应用新技术、新工艺 。
Review the development history of oils and fats industry in domestic,especially in recent years,oils and fats industry advanced rapidly.But it also have many imperfections and technology going backwards.Look forward to the future,we should insist on the theory of oil preparation,popularize high and new technology,in order to make our oils and fats industry success in international competition.
