摘要 本文阐述某些含有大共轭C=N双键体系的生物碱抗癌药的构效关系,依据我们的化学试验和EHMO计算指出这样的C=N双键可能是抗癌活性中心。在温和条件下,即25℃与pH值7.4的水溶液中,醋酸两面针碱和氧的反应为表观的一级反应,反应速度K=9×10^(-3)min^(-1),半衰期为77分钟。但是醋酸恩其明和氧的反应开始于pH≈6.5,在pH=7.4的溶液中这个反应进行得十分快速难以进行化学动力学的研究。在本文的最后,对前人的工作进行一些评论。 This paper expounds the structure - activity relationship in some anticanCer alkaloids which containing C=N double bond joins big conjugate system,and points out that the C=N double bond is the active center of anticancer probable, which base on our chemical experiments and EHMO calculations.In mild conditions, 25℃ and pH = 7. 4 in the aqueous solution, the acetoxy-nitidine takes place reaction with oxygen, this reaction is apparent first order, the reaction rate constant K is 9 ×10-3 min-1and half period is 77 minutes. But the reaction of acetoxy-ungeremine with oxygen begins in the pH(?)6. 5, the reaction becomes very quickly in the pH(?)7. 4 solution and the research of chemical mechanic becomes difficulty. At the end of paper reviews of some former works of literatures.
