摘要
①目的 观察甘糖酯 (PGMS)对急性脑梗死病人中性粒细胞 (PMN)与内皮细胞黏附的影响。②方法 选择急性脑梗死病人和健康人各 2 0例 ,采血制备PMN悬液 ,将VEC 30 4内皮细胞株培养后 ,观察脑梗死组与对照组PMN与内皮细胞的黏附率 ;并将PGMS(5 0、1 0 0mg/L)与内皮细胞培养后 ,观察内皮细胞与脑梗死病人PMN的黏附率。③结果 脑梗死组与对照组相比PMN与内皮细胞的黏附率明显增高 (t =6 .377,P <0 .0 5 ) ;PGMS 1 0 0mg/L组与PGMS 5 0mg/L组和脑梗死组相比PMN与内皮细胞的黏附率降低 (F =1 3.4 9,q =1 2 .5 7、8.5 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 急性脑梗死后PMN与内皮细胞的黏附性明显增高 。
Objective\ To observe the effect of propylene glyco mannate sulfate (PGMS) on the adhesion between endothelial cells and polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMN) in acute cerebral infarction.\ Methods\ Patients with acute cerebral infarction and normal controls, 20 cases for each group, were selected for this study. PMN of the patients and normal controls were prepared and cultured with VEC 304 cells. The adhesion rate between PMN and VEC 304 cells were observed. The adhesion of patients PMN with VEC 304 cells after they were cultured with PGMS (50, 100 mg/L)was also observed.\ Results\ The adhesion rate of the patients was higher than normal controls ( t=6.377, P <0.05). The adhesion after interaction with 100 mg/L PGMS was lower than that in the patients and in PGMS of 50 mg/L ( F=13.49, q=12.57,8.52,P <0.05). \ Conclusion\ After cerebral infarction, the adhesion rate of PMN to VEC 304 cells in patients is higher than normal controls. PGMS could reduce the abnormal connection between VEC 304 cells and PMN of the patients.
