缬沙坦对高血压患者纤溶性和内皮血管活性物质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Valsartan on Fibrinolytic Activity,Endothelin, Nitric Oxide and Calationin Gene Related Peptide in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的 观察缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压 (EH)时对纤溶活性、内皮素、一氧化氮、降钙素基因相关肽的影响。 方法 4 2例健康体检者作为正常对照组 ,6 2例EH患者用缬沙坦治疗 8周 ,观察用药前后血 t-PA、PAI活性 ,ET、NO、CGRP浓度的变化。 结果 EH患者t -PA活性、CGRP和NO浓度明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 0 1) ,而PAI活性、ET浓度明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,缬沙坦治疗后 ,血t -PA活性、NO、CGRP浓度均较治疗前显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,血PAI活性血ET浓度显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 EH患者纤溶活性和内皮功能异常 ,缬沙坦可改善EH患者纤溶性和内皮功能。 Objective The purposes of this study were to investigate effects of valsartan on fibrinolytic activity,endothlin,nitric oxide and calationin gene related peptide in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Fouty-two healths were assigned as normal control group,sixty-two patients with essential hypertension were treated with valsartan for 8 weeks,plasma activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) and plasma concentration of endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO)and calatonin gene related peptide(CGRP) were measured before and 8 weeks after treatment.Results plasma activity of t-PA and plasma concentration of NO,CGRP in ptients with essential hypertension were sinificantly reduced than those in normal control group(P<0 01),plasma activity of PAI and plasma concentration of ET in patients with essential hypertension were remarkly hihger than those in normal control group(P<0 01).After treatment,plasma activity of t-Pa and plasma concentration of NO,CGRP were significantly elevated(P<0 01),plasma activity of PAI and plasma concentration of ET were remarkly decreased(P<0 01).Conclusion The plasma activity of t-PA,PAI and plasma concentration of ET,NO,CGRP are abnormal in patients with essential hypertension.valsartan can improve fibrinolytic activity and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension.
