冠心病患者血管内皮细胞损伤血管活性物质失衡对冠脉的调控作用 被引量:18

摘要 为探讨内皮细胞(EC)损伤及功能障碍所致的内皮血管活性物质失衡在冠心病(CHD)发病中的意义,观察了48例CHD患者外周血一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和循环内皮细胞(CEC)的含量变化,并用卡托普利干预进行治疗前后对比。结果显示:CHD患者外周血中NO低于正常,ET和CEC则明显高于正常,且与病情严重程度相一致。证实CHD患者存在明显的内皮细胞损伤以及血管活性物质失衡,外周血NO、ET及CEC的浓度变化可作为临床判断病情轻重的参考指标,卡托普利对于上述各指标具有良好的改善作用。 CT guided sterotactic biopsy was performed in 241 patients with intracerebral lesion deep sited on main functional area.153 were males and 88 females.The lesion was located in sellar area in 44 cases,basal ganglion in 43 cases,deep cerebrum or major functional area in 55 cases,posterior of the third ventricle in 35 cases,multiple in 28 cases, intraventrilcule in 17 cases,cerebellum in 13 and brain stem in 6 cases.The total positive biopay rate was 97.92% and the positive biopsy rate for brain tumor was 86 71%.No death and other serious complication occurred. Bleeding after biopsy was found in 3 patients (1 24%).These results suggested that CT guided strerotactic biopsy is a reliable method for histopathological diagnosis and for selecting an appropriate method of treatment.
