摘要
查阅近 2 0年国内外相关文献 ,对洋葱的化学成分和药理作用进行归纳总结 ,洋葱中含有的化学成分主要为硫化物、类黄酮、苯丙素酚类、甾体皂甙类、含氮化合物和前列腺素类等 ;其药理作用主要有抑菌、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂、抗血小板凝聚和抗氧化作用等。
This paper reviews the literature concerning onions chemical ingredient and pharmaceutical action in the past 20 years,and concludes that it consists of sulfide,flavonoid,benbinsufen,steroid saponin,nitrogen compound and prostaglandin;that its main actions are to inhibit bacteria,fight cancer,reduce blood sugar and lipid,combat platelet aggregation and oxidation.
