摘要
为比较用不同溶媒、不同提取方法制备的新型膜韧膏对急性软组织损伤的临床疗效 ,将原膜韧膏 (红花、当归等组成 )制成橡皮膏和凝胶膏两种新剂型 ,用于治疗急性软组织损伤 78例 ,疗程 4天 ,于治疗后第 2天和第 4天观察疼痛、压痛、肿胀和功能障碍等症状变化。结果 :新型膜韧膏能有效地减轻症状 ,其中凝胶膏剂疗效相对较好 。
To compare the clinical effects of upgrade 'Moren Plaster' made from different solvents and extracting methods in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury,the former 'Moren Plaster' was prepared into 'adhesive Plaster' and 'gel plaster',which were then used to treat 78 cases of acute soft tissue injury for 4 days.On the 2nd and 4th days after treatment,the pain,tenderness,swelling and function were compared.Results:The upgrade 'Moren Plaster' could effectively relieve symptoms,especially the 'gel plaster',with no side effects.
