摘要
目的 :探讨口底蜂窝织炎合并纵隔感染的临床特征 ,提高临床诊断率和治愈率。方法 :对 1989～ 1999年收治的 9例口底蜂窝织炎合并纵隔感染的临床资料进行分析。结果 :9例口底蜂窝织炎合并纵隔感染均被误诊为单纯口底感染 ,延误治疗 ,致 6例死亡 ,3例经多科协作治疗后痊愈。结论 :严重的口底蜂窝织炎可向下蔓延引起纵隔感染。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of cellutitis of floor of mouth combined mediastitnum infection to raise the clinical diagnosis rate and cure rate.Methods Nine cases of cellutitis of floor of mouth combined mediastitnum infection from 1989 to 1999 were analyzed.Results All these 9 cases were misdiagnosed as single infection of floor of mouth,in which 6 died.Conclusion The serious cellutitis of floor of mouth can induce mediastitnun infection,which should be paid more attention.The possibility of mediastitnum infection should be considered when the diminishing of local inflammation and the body characteristics don't coincide. [
