摘要
现代化医院必须建立法人治理结构,而建立以董事会领导下的院长负责制是实现法人治理结构的重要途径。从分析我国非营利性医院治理结构的缺陷着手,提出了医院董事会的职责和角色定位,探讨了如何进一步建立健全医院董事会制度。
It is necessary for modern hospital to rebuild the structure of corporate management.One of ways to implement corporate management is to bulid hospital deanship obligation,which is under the leading of directorate board of the hospital.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of non-profitable hospital corporate management in China,puts forward the obligation and role of directorate board of hospital,and discusses how to improve it.
