摘要
目的 检测 P-糖蛋白 (P- gp)、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法 应用 SP法检测了 5 9例 NSCL C中 P- gp、VEGF,比较 P- gp、VEGF的不同表达与生存率的关系。结果 肺癌组织中 P- gp的阳性表达率为 39.0 %,VEGF的阳性表达率为 6 7.8%,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0 .0 5 ) ,二者之间呈正相关 ;并且表达阳性者生存时间较短。结论 在 NSCL C中 P- gp与 VEGF之间有一定的相关性。
Objective To examine the relationship between P-gp and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer INSCLC).Methods We determined the level of expression of protein of P-gp and VEGF by immunohistochemical staining in tumore specimens from 59 pateints with NSCLC. The level of expressions and the survival rates were compared.Results The positive rates of the expression of P-gp and VEGF in NSCLC were, respectively, 39% and 67.8%. In both cases, the rates were significantly different from the controls (p< 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation (r=0.328;p<0.01) between P-gp and VEGF in terms of the magnitude of the rate. Also, the survival time among the patients who had a positive expression of P-gp and VEGF was shorter than those who had a negative expression.Conclusion There is a interrelationship between P-gp and VEGF among non-small cell lung cancer patients.
