摘要
针对公安专科学校图书馆存在的基础设施陈旧落后、人员素质不高、文献质量差、为教学及科研服务的职能没有充分发挥的现状 ,提出要抓住“升本换建”的契机 ,建立现代化的图书馆馆舍 ,并在此基础上注重数字化及特色文献资源建设 ,加大文献购置力度 ,注重人员素质的提高 ,同时要充分注意新馆建设的合理性 ,抓牢基础工作 ,加强同地方警务系统的联系 ,从而加快公安专科学校图书馆建设 。
In view of the police academy current situation of poor basic facilities, low quality of the staff, poor quality of the documents, inefficient use for teaching and research, proposes to build a modern Library with the opportunity of promoted to four-year university and exchange and building, and pay attention to digital and specific document resources of construction, improve documents purchase, advance staff quality, attention also should be paid to the rationality of construction, secure foundation, coalition with the local policing so as to quicken police academy library construction and improve level of running the library.
