摘要
本文给出了塔式起重机回转制动工况运动弹性动力学分析的一种实用方法 ,着重分析了吊臂回转平面内之动力学模型 ,从柔性多体系统动力学角度出发 ,建立其动力学方程。同时引入KED的解题方法 ,并对某实际塔机进行了运动弹性动力分析 ,得到了符合实际情况的计算结果。
This paper describes a practical method of kinetic elastic dynamic analysis of tower crane in case of braking the slewing motion. The model is analyzed in slewing plane in detail, and a vibration equation is derived from dynamic analysis of flexible multi body system. The equation is transformed into the same form ao the traditional KED equation to simplify the solution. The calcueation resuet coincides with the practical situation.
