摘要
本文对分光光度减色法及其在配合物摩尔比测定上的应用进行了研究,提出了应用光度减色法测定配合物中摩尔比的三种方法——计算法、斜率比法及斜率-截距法,并成功地应用于Cu^(2+)-PIF(洋茉莉基荧光酮)配合物的摩尔比的测定。
In this paper, We propose a new spectrophotometric fade method and study its application to determination of molarratio. By making use of spectrophotometric fade method, we find three means for determination of molar-ratio-calculating,slope ratio ,and slope-intercept method. These methods are successfully applied to determine the molar-ratio of Cu^(2+)-PIF(piperonal fluorone)complex.
