摘要
根据流动注射分析(FIA)梯度稀释技术,结合微机可提供准确的时间延时和快速而精确的数据采集和数据处理,本文提出利用金属离子和配位体各一个标准溶液,在非平衡条件下确定配合物组成的原理。通过对几组配合物组成的测定,说明该方法简单、快速、准确度较高,适于稳定或不稳定配合物组成的测定。
The composition of complexes was determined under equilibrium state and in the presence of standard series solutions by common spectrrophotometric method. According to the gradient dilution technique of flow injection analysis, in combination with accurate time lag as well as quick collecting and handling data supplied by microcomputer, a new method for the determination of composition of complexes by only injecting a single standard solution of the metal ion and matching parts separately under nonequilibrium state was described in this paper. By means of the determination of some complexes the experimental results have shown that the method is simple, quick and with good accuracy and suitable for both stable or non-stable complexes.
