摘要
本文研究了栗疫病菌低毒力菌株的培养性状及其低毒力的转化,结果表明低毒力菌株培养性状与强毒力菌株有所不同,而且单孢后代发生分化。光照不能提高低毒力的转化率,但能提高识别转化是否发生的能力;基质对不同营养体亲和组(VCG)菌株间的转化有影响,对相同CCG菌株间的转化无作用。
This paper deales with the cultural character of hypovirulent (H) strains and the hypovirulence conversion in C. parsitica. The results showed that the cultural character of H strains was not the same as that of virulent (V) strains. The V strains developed from the single spore isolated of H strains. Light couldn't increase the percentage of conversion, but could improve the capacity of distinguishing the conversion. The medium influenced the conversion in the strains of vegetative in-compatibility groups, but didn't influence the conversion in the strains of vegetative commpatibility groups (VCG).
