摘要
通过对265份各世代油菜品系的再生性及其育性表现进行观测和分析,结果表明:甘蓝型油菜的再生性因亲本来源不同差异较大,晚熟和育性较低的材料似乎有较高的再生频率。再生株开花时的育性表现受亲本基因型影响,有的品系正常开花时育性正常,但再生株开花时表现完全不育。品系33-21表现正常可育再生不育,再生株率达100%,这一特性可望在油菜杂种优势利用中加以利用。油菜的再生性对于油菜杂种优势的固定可能具有特殊的意义。
A field observation and a preliminary analysis were made on the ratooning ability and male sterility with 265 stocks of various gencrations from parcntal materials, through F_1--F_6, to stable strains of Brassica napus. It is revealed that the ratooning ability and the male sterility of ratooning plants are both related to their parents. Higher ratooning ability was found in the stocks that are charactcrizcd by late ripening or by sterility to some extent. It is particularly interesting to find that some of the stocks have normal anthcrs at normal growth but fully sterile anthers at ratooning plants. The most noticeable stock is 33~21, which is a F_1population with the above mentioned property and has the highest ratooning rate of 100%. It is suggested that the propcrty RMS be used in the course of hcterosis exploitation in Brassica napus by making hybrid sccds with RMS materials or by fixing hetcrosis with the powcrful ratooning property.
