摘要
通过对甘蓝型油菜显性胞核雄性不育材料的多年转育,育成了具有较优良性状的408AB、0979AB、434AB、甘5AB等优质杂合两型系和具有较强抗性的纯合两型系S3AB,实现了双隐性保持系对纯合型不育株的全保持.利用142-3及其转育材料为恢复源,广泛地与各类不育株测恢,已育成15R、54R、57R、324R、325R、2864R、2896R等优良恢复材料.杂交组合多数具有较强的杂种优势.其中5个组合比对照中油821增产15.8%~83.2%;4个组合比对照油研5号增产28.3%~73.1%.
A transfer breeding of dominant genetic male ster.ile materrial of B, napus was carried out for many years. A successful breakthrough was made. A series of heterozygous two-typic lines with superfor traits, such as 408AB,0979AB, 434AB, Can 5 AB and S3AB, and a homozygous two-typic line with stronger resistance were selected. A complete maintain of homozygous sterile plant to double recessive maintainer was obtained. Using 142-3 and its transfered material as restoring sources to test-cross widely with all kinds of sterile plants, some advanced restoring materials including 15R,54R,57R,324R,325R,2896R and others were developed. Most of combinations had vigorous heterosis. In a yield test, five of them increased by 15.8% to 83.2% as compared wi'h that of CK, Zhong You 821 in 1991 and four by 28.3% to 73.1% as compared with that of CK, Youyan No.5 (former Za 61) in 1992.
