摘要
单形-重心设计是在0<x_1<1和Σx_i=1的约束下,每一试验点上的非零坐标都相等的混料试验设计方法。试验的结果可以用Scheffe模型来表达。本文用单形-重心设计方法研究了杂交早稻华联2号施肥的肥料配比问题,取得了肥料配比与亩产量及其穗粒结构间的3个数学模型。对模型进行了解析和寻优,并探讨了进一步改进设计的途径。
The design of the monomorphic-centre of gravity has been widely used in the experiment of industry, expecially in the ratio compound for materials. In this paper, the method is applied in the experiment of the ratio of compound for the fertilizer in early rice variety Hau-li No.2.At same time, the non-zero-coordinates axis of the same experiment point are supposed to equal. Three mathematical models of the yield, the effective cars per mu and the field grains per mu arc described, and therefore, the control district of fertilizer dressing can be calculated in the different construction of cars and grains. The experiment shows that there arc many advantages in the design, such as less experimental plots, the direct perception of the construction and easy calculation. Thus, This method is well adapted for the crop experiment. Moreover, two improved advices arc put forward in our expcrirnent.
